Welcome to our Cantonese Learning Platform (hereinafter referred to as “the Website”). Please read these terms carefully before registering as a member or purchasing a subscription. By checking “I Agree” or proceeding with payment, you acknowledge that you have fully understood and accepted all the terms of this Agreement.

1. Services and Membership Accounts

Service Description: The Website provides an online Cantonese learning and tracking platform, system tools, smart flashcards, and related digital learning materials.

Account Accuracy: You must provide true, accurate, and current personal information (such as your email address) upon registration.

Personal Use Only: Your membership account is strictly for individual use. You may not lend, transfer, or share your account with others. If any multi-user account sharing is detected, the Website reserves the right to terminate the account immediately without any refund.

2. Subscriptions, Billing, and the “7-Day Automatic Refund Guarantee”

Subscription Services: For users selecting monthly or annual plans, payments will be automatically and periodically processed through the Stripe gateway until you manually cancel your subscription.

7-Day Automatic Refund Guarantee: New users purchasing their first subscription (not applicable to recurring renewals) may request an automatic refund directly through the Account Center within 7 days of purchase. Refund requests made after 7 days will not be processed for the current billing cycle.

Cancellation: You can cancel your next subscription renewal at any time via the Account Center. After cancellation, you will retain access to the services until the end of your current billing period, and no further charges will be made.

3. Intellectual Property and Material Protection

Ownership: All content on the Website—including but not limited to Cantonese learning materials, tools, web design, trademarks, and the underlying logic of our platform—is the sole property of the Website and is protected by Hong Kong and international intellectual property laws.

Restrictions: Without explicit written authorization, you are strictly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, reverse-engineering, or using any of the educational resources and tools from this Website for commercial purposes.

4. Privacy Policy and Data Handling (GDPR & HK PDPO Compliant)

Data Collection: We only collect necessary personal data (such as name, email, and transaction history) to maintain your membership and process payments. We do not store your full credit card details; all payment data is securely encrypted and handled by Stripe, which complies with PCI-DSS standards.
