3. Payment Processing & Security
We do not store your full credit card details on our servers. All transactions are processed securely through Stripe, a leading third-party payment gateway. Stripe’s use of your personal information is governed by their own Privacy Policy.
4. 7-Day Refund Guarantee (Manual Processing)
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new members. To ensure security and accuracy, all refunds are processed manually by our administration team.
- How to Apply: Please email your refund request to cantoneseteacher.hk@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase, including your Order ID and registered email.
- Processing Time: Once a request is received, it will be reviewed and initiated within 3-5 business days. The time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on your financial institution.
- Transaction Fees: Please note that refunds may be subject to a deduction of non-refundable processing fees charged by payment providers (approx. 3.4% + HK$2.35).

We retain your information as long as your account is active. Under GDPR and relevant privacy laws, you have the right to:
